Yes, I am aware that PTI Chairman Imran Khan has moved the Islamabad High Court (IHC) seeking post-arrest bail in the cipher case. 

He has been in judicial custody since August 29, 2023, when he was arrested by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on charges of leaking classified information to a foreign country. 

Khan's lawyers have argued that the case against him is politically motivated and that there is no evidence to support the charges. 

They have also said that Khan's detention is illegal because he has already been granted bail in the Toshakhana case. 

The IHC is expected to hear Khan's bail application on September 21, 2023. It is important to note that the cipher case is still in its early stages and no charges have yet been filed against Khan. 

However, if Khan is convicted, he could face up to 14 years in prison. Khan's supporters have been holding protests across the country demanding his release. 

They have accused the current government of using the cipher case to silence Khan and his party.The government has denied these accusations and has said that Khan is being treated fairly. 

 It remains to be seen whether the IHC will grant Khan bail. However, his case is likely to have a significant impact on the political landscape in Pakistan.
